Inpatient Care: Referrals to inpatient treatment facilities will be provided as indicated by treatment or ordered by the Drug Court Judge. Referrals to detox facilities will be made in the same manner. Such referrals will be performed by the counselor and will be monitored by the Drug Court Coordinator and treatment team with the final decision being made by the treatment team and approved by the Judge.
